Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 g flour (wheat flour type 1050)
  • 400 g flour (wheat flour type 550)
  • 750 g water, slightly warm
  • 60 g margarine
  • 30 g sugar
  • 20 g salt
  • 40 g yeast, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

Sift flour into a bowl, make a well, crumble the yeast, add a little water, and form a yeast dough. Let it rise for about 20 minutes. Then mix all ingredients together. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes. Then portion it as needed. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius, place the loaves in the oven at 3/4 proof, and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. You can also bake tin loaves from this dough.
