Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 ml water
  • 500 g flour
  • ½ package of fresh yeast or 1 package of dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

First, add the water to the bread maker, then the other ingredients. Adjust the settings according to the bread maker manufacturer’s instructions. I set it like this: normal program, light color. It also tastes delicious with herbs.
