Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cups of sweet cream
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 bunch of chives
- Salt
- pepper
- nutmeg

Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
An old Franconian recipe, popular in the Coburg area.
Stir everything together, then season to taste with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Let the broth chill thoroughly in the refrigerator. Serve with Coburger dumplings.
