Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 2 onions, red
- 400 g mushrooms, brown
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- some salt
- some pepper
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Halve the onions and slice into thin strips. Clean the mushrooms and halve or quarter them depending on their size. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan. Fry half of the mushrooms and half of the onions with 1 sprig of rosemary over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Season with a little salt and pepper; remove. Heat another 2 tablespoons of olive oil in the pan. Fry the remaining mushrooms and onions with 1 sprig of rosemary for 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Mix all the mushrooms in the pan, deglaze with balsamic vinegar, and season with a pinch of sugar. Marinate the mushrooms for 20 minutes. Serve with baguette.
