Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 12 tbsp flour
  • 12 tbsp milk
  • 6 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)

  • 1 banana(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

juicy and quick to make

Mix together all ingredients except the cocoa powder and banana. Then divide the liquid batter between a bowl and a microwave-safe container. Mix the cocoa powder into the mixture in the bowl. Peel the banana, slice it, and place it on top of the batter in the microwave-safe container. Pour the dark batter over the bananas and microwave for 2-8 minutes at 600 watts, until the batter is cooked through. I prefer a small piece of batter left uncooked at the bottom. Let it cool in the container for 2 minutes, then carefully turn it out onto a plate.
