Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 small head of white cabbage
- 2 onions
- 3 tbsp oil
- Salt
- pepper
- 125 ml sweet cream
- 2 bunches of dill
- 2 tbsp double cream cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Trim and wash the white cabbage, quarter it, and cut it into thin strips. Dice the onions and sauté them with the cabbage in hot oil. Season with salt and pepper and add 125 ml of cream. Simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes. In the meantime, chop the dill. Sprinkle the double cream cheese flakes over the top and let it melt. Add the dill and serve.
