Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g flour (wheat flour)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 100 g butter
- 125 g carrot(s), finely grated
- 400 g white cabbage, finely chopped
- 1 stalk(s) leek, finely chopped
- 125 g carrot(s), pureed
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- ½ tbsp oregano
- ½ tbsp marjoram
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Knead the first five ingredients into a dough and line a springform pan with it. Filling: Pre-cook the white cabbage and leek in a little fat. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well, and pour into the bottom of the springform pan. Bake at 200°C for about 40 minutes.
