Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 small onions
- 8 large potatoes
- 3 red bell peppers
- 3 yellow bell peppers
- 2 stalk(s) leeks
- ½ head of white cabbage
- Caraway seeds
- Paprika powder, sweet
- pepper
- vegetable broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Quarter the onions and add them to a large pot with vegetable broth. Chop the potatoes, bell peppers, and leeks and add them to the boiling broth. Then add the chopped white cabbage to the soup and simmer for 60-90 minutes. Season to taste with caraway, paprika, and pepper.
