  • 1 slice(s) Leberkäse, 1 cm thick

  • 2 tsp butter
  • 2 eggs

  • 2 slices of cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Halve the slice of Leberkas and fry lightly in a little oil. Meanwhile, fry two fried eggs in butter and season with salt and pepper. Place a slice of sliced ​​cheese on each Leberkas and cover the pan with a lid for about 2-3 minutes. Then place the fried eggs on top of the cheese. If you like, you can also finely chop chives and sprinkle them on top. Serve with fried potatoes, potato salad, or simply a good sandwich. It’s quick and tasty! Just enough protein for a delicious Monday breakfast!
