Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 heirloom carrots, white
- 50 ml water or vegetable stock
- 50 ml coconut milk
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel and slice the heirloom carrots. Steam them in water for about 15-20 minutes, until the carrots reach the desired tenderness. Now add the coconut milk, season to taste, and heat back up. Serve.
