White chocolate cake with strawberries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • 250 g flour
  • 200 g cream
  • 200 g chocolate, white
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 400 g strawberries
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Quickly knead the butter, sugar, egg, and flour into a smooth dough, cover, and chill for 1/2 hour. Heat the cream in a saucepan. Add the roughly chopped chocolate and melt it into the cream over low heat. Allow to cool, then stir in the egg yolk. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a 26cm springform pan. Roll out the dough into a 28cm circle, place it in the pan, and press up a 2-3cm wide edge. Pour the chocolate-cream mix onto the dough base and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes. The filling will still be soft! Allow to cool, then refrigerate to set. Wash and hull the strawberries, cut them lengthwise into thin slices, and then arrange them on top of the cake.
