White Chocolate Cherry Trifle

The perfect white chocolate cherry trifle recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 360 g Sour cherry glass
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Strength
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 1 Vanilla pod
  • 350 g Yogurt 30%
  • 12 piece Ladyfingers
  • 2 tsp White chocolate flakes
  1. Drain the cherries, collecting the juice. Bring the juice to the boil with the sugar and cinnamon. Mix the starch with 1 tablespoon of water, add to the juice, bring everything to the boil until it thickens. Stir in the cherries and let the sauce cool.
  2. Cut the vanilla pod lengthways, scrape out the pulp and mix with the yoghurt. Cut the spoon biscuits into large pieces.
  3. Layer the vanilla cream, cherry sauce and biscuits in glasses and serve sprinkled with white chocolate shavings.
