White chocolate chia fruit cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 90 g spelt flour type 1050
  • 90 g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 80 g sugar, possibly more, up to 120 g
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 egg(s)
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 100 g white chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 40 g cranberries, dried
  • 40 g Aronia berries, dried
  • 20 g mulberries, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

Mix all ingredients into a smooth dough. Form into balls, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 12-15 minutes, depending on the size. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the baking sheet.
