Ingredients
 

  • 50 g Chocolate white
  • 125 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 0,5 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 40 g Sugar
  • 75 ml Milk
  • 50 g Liquid butter
  • 100 g Cake melts blue
  • 50 g Mini marshmallows

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the silicone molds in the hollows of the muffin tray.
  • Finely grate or chop the chocolate. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Beat the eggs with both types of sugar until frothy. Stir in the milk, then fold in the melted butter. Now fold in the flour mixture and chocolate. Mix two-thirds high in the silicone molds and bake the muffins in the oven for about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  • Melt the caks Melts according to the instructions on the packet, spread them on the muffins using a spoon or brush, garnish with the mini marshmallows and serve.
