Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Fresh broccoli
  • 250 g Mushrooms brown
  • 1 Fresh shallot
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 200 g Skinned tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chilli from the mill
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 250 g Sheep milk cheese

Instructions
 

  • Clean the broccoli and cut into small florets, peel the stalk and cut into small pieces. Clean and halve the mushrooms. Halve the shallot and cut into thin wedges. Cut the garlic into large pieces. Heat the oil in a pan. fry.
  • Add tomatoes, bring to the boil and season with salt, pepper, chilli and oregano. Simmer for 10 minutes over a mild heat.
  • In the meantime, preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Break the sheep's cheese into coarse pieces. Put the vegetables in a baking dish, spread the cheese over it and bake on the grid in the upper third of the oven for about 10 minutes. Spread on plates and serve.
