Ingredients
 

  • 1 packet Custard powder
  • 100 g White chocolate
  • 0,5 cups Cream
  • Frozen raspberries

Instructions
 

  • Shave about two tablespoons of the white chocolate and set aside. Finely chop the rest of the chocolate.
  • Prepare pudding powder according to the instructions.
  • Stir in the chopped chocolate, whip the cream until stiff and fold into the mixture.
  • Chill the pudding and then garnish with chocolate shavings and raspberries. Then serve the pudding immediately.
