Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 100 g white chocolate
  • 300 ml whipped cream
  • 60 g natural yogurt
  • 30 g powdered sugar
  • 150 g strawberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

for the ice cream machine

Combine 100 ml of cream and the broken chocolate in a saucepan and heat gently. Stir frequently with a whisk. The temperature shouldn’t be too high; the chocolate won’t tolerate it. Once the chocolate has dissolved, remove the pan from the heat and stir in the yogurt. Let the mixture cool, but do not refrigerate it. Purée the strawberries and whip the remaining cream with the powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Carefully stir both ingredients into the cooled chocolate cream. Transfer to the ice cream maker.
