Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g milk
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 handfuls of coffee beans, whole
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut, roasted
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 10 minutes
Mix the cold milk with the coffee beans. Pour into a sealable container and seal tightly. Let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 1 day (2 days is better). Then heat the milk and beans and add the sugar. Let it steep for about 5 minutes, then strain. Mix with the toasted coconut flakes and serve. Garnish with some coconut flakes, if desired.
