Ingredients
 

  • 50 g Butter
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 0,5 bunch Parsley
  • Vegetable broth
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg and 1 organic lemon

Instructions
 

  • 1. Melt the butter in a saucepan and let it brown lightly. 2. Remove from heat and stir in flour. 3. Place back on the stove and slowly add the stock, stirring constantly. Keep stirring until the sauce has the desired consistency. 4. Take off the stove. 5. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. 6. Rub half the zest of the lemon and refine it with a few squirts of lemon juice. Chop the parsley and finally stir in.
