Ingredients
- 5 Bavarian veal sausages
- 1 the rest Ham pancakes
- 1 tsp Butter
- 5 ripe Cocktail tomatoes
- 0,5 small Onion in strips
- Black pepper from the mill
- Salt
- 4 tbsp Radish sprouts
Instructions
- First of all: there were no pretzels, a leftover pancake was still in the fridge ... ripe tomatoes and sprouts were available - as always - ... what the heck ?? Then there are leftovers again today.
- Pour boiling water over the sausages in a small saucepan and cover and leave to warm for about 10 to 12 minutes without adding any additional heat.
- During this time cut the pancake into eight pieces, melt the butter in a pan and briefly bake the pancake on both sides.
- Wash the tomatoes, cut in half and arrange on plates. Sprinkle with pepper, salt and the onion strips. Add the hot pancake pieces and sprinkle with the fresh radish sprouts.
- Finally, top the leftover plate with the white sausages and a dollop of sweet mustard.
- It tasted good to us, although this preparation would have put every Bavarian on the barricades! ** hahaha **.
