Ingredients
 

  • 1 Fresh white cabbage
  • 1 Cup Sunflower oil
  • 1 Cup Vinegar
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • Pepper
  • 8 Horse sausages

Instructions
 

  • Halve the cabbage, cut off the stalk and finely slice the whole thing. In a saucepan, bring the oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and mustard to the boil. Pour this stock over the grated cabbage and stir well. Season with pepper at the end. In the meantime, boil the water and then let the 8 horse sausages steep. And enjoy.
