White Sausage Goulash >>
The perfect white sausage goulash >> recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 Bavarian veal sausages
- 1 Onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 Orange peppers
- 1 Red peppers
- 1 Can Corn
- 1 Can Pizza tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Fresh oregano
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- 400 ml Meat stock
- Salt and pepper
- Peel the white sausages and cut into thicker slices. Clean the onion and garlic and cut into fine cubes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the veal sausages, remove them and set aside.
- Now sauté the onion and garlic in the remaining frying fat, add the tomato paste and lightly roast. Then add paprika and sauté too. Deglaze with the hair dryer and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Add corn, pizza tomatoes and veal sausages and simmer for another 5 minutes. In the meantime, pluck the oregano, cut lightly into small pieces. Serve the goulash, pour the sour cream over it and sprinkle with the oregano. Traditionally there is a pretzel and a cold beer, with us whole grain baguette.
