Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 pretzels
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 2 onions, red
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 6 white sausages
  • 2 tbsp mustard, sweet
  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • some water
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cut the pretzels into thin slices. Heat the butter with 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Fry the pretzels until golden brown, then drain on kitchen paper. Thinly slice the onions. Wash the parsley and shake dry, picking off the leaves. Let the white sausages simmer in boiling water for 10-12 minutes, but do not let them boil. Peel and slice while still warm. Whisk the mustard with the remaining oil, vinegar, and 2-3 tablespoons of water, and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything together and serve.
