Ingredients
 

  • 8 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce dark
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar dark
  • 2 splash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 stems Fresh rosemary
  • Salt
  • Black pepper, freshly ground
  • Possibly some Dijon mustard

Instructions
 

  • Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, honey and Worcestershire sauce well together in a bowl or shaker.
  • "Bare" the garlic cloves, cut into fine strips and place in the marinade.
  • Wash the freshly harvested rosemary thoroughly and also place it in the "bath water".
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper and possibly a little Dijon mustard.
  • Remove tendons, skin, etc. from the meat and let it stand in the marinade for several hours, preferably overnight, until it is grilled.
