White Water – Barbecue Marinade for Deer & Co.

The perfect white water – barbecue marinade for deer & co. recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 8 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce dark
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar dark
  • 2 Splash Worcester sauce
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Stems Fresh rosemary
  • Salt
  • Black pepper, freshly ground
  • Possibly some Dijon mustard
  1. Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, honey and Worcestershire sauce well together in a bowl or shaker.
  2. “Bare” the garlic cloves, cut into fine strips and place in the marinade.
  3. Wash the freshly harvested rosemary thoroughly and also place it in the “bath water”.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper and possibly a little Dijon mustard.
  5. Remove tendons, skin, etc. from the meat and let it stand in the marinade for several hours, preferably overnight, until it is grilled.
