White Water – Barbecue Marinade for Deer & Co.
The perfect white water – barbecue marinade for deer & co. recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 8 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce dark
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar dark
- 2 Splash Worcester sauce
- 1 tsp Honey
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 Stems Fresh rosemary
- Salt
- Black pepper, freshly ground
- Possibly some Dijon mustard
- Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, honey and Worcestershire sauce well together in a bowl or shaker.
- “Bare” the garlic cloves, cut into fine strips and place in the marinade.
- Wash the freshly harvested rosemary thoroughly and also place it in the “bath water”.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper and possibly a little Dijon mustard.
- Remove tendons, skin, etc. from the meat and let it stand in the marinade for several hours, preferably overnight, until it is grilled.
