White wine cream on grapes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ liter white wine
  • 120 g sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch (Mondamin)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 600 g grapes, light

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Mix the white wine with the sugar and eggs. Mix the cornstarch with the lemon juice and add to the white wine. Place everything in a saucepan and bring to a boil over low heat, whisking continuously. Immediately place in a cold water bath and continue whisking until the cream has cooled. Wash the grapes, halve them, and remove the seeds. Divide the grapes evenly among dessert bowls. Pour the wine cream over the top and serve.
