Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 pieces of processed cheese (pepper-mushroom-ham flavor)
  • 4 slice(s) cheese
  • 1 tbsp broth, granulated
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 pack of parsley, frozen OR:
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 pack of diced ham
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 tsp paprika powder, mild
  • curry powder
  • ¼ liter white wine

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, finely chop the onion and sauté it with the diced ham. Then add the spices and fry briefly over medium heat. Then, clean and slice the mushrooms and add them to the pan. Simmer everything over low heat for about 5 minutes. Then add the various cheeses to the sauce and let them melt, stirring well. Finally, add the chopped parsley and simmer for about 2 minutes. Serve. Tastes perfect with fillet or schnitzel.
