Whole Grain Lasagna with Pureed Vegetables
The perfect whole grain lasagna with pureed vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 piece Carrots
- 1 Red Paprika
- 1 yellow Paprika
- 1 piece Broccoli handle
- 1 piece Zucchini
- 2 tbsp Vegetable salt
- 1 pack Whole grain lasagne sheets
- Clean and wash the vegetables, roughly cut everything into pieces and put in the mixer, add the vegetable salt and puree for 2 minutes.
- Now start with the vegetable sauce in a baking dish and layer the lasagne sheets until either the tin is full or one of the two; lasagne sheets or pureed vegetables are all.
