Whole wheat pasta with cherry tomatoes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g spaghetti (wholemeal)
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 10 g capers
  • pepper
  • 2 stalks of basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water according to the package instructions. Wash the basil, shake dry, and slice all but two leaves into strips. Heat oil in a pan and toss the cherry tomatoes over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes burst. Then add the capers and season with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta. Add the basil strips and pasta to the pan, toss well, and serve. Garnish with basil.
