Whole wheat pasta with spinach and cheese sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g onion(s)
  • 20 g oil
  • 600 g leaf spinach
  • 100 g Gorgonzola (or Österkron)
  • 200 g sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 g tagliatelle pasta (wholemeal)
  • Garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely chop and fry the onion, chop the spinach leaves, and sauté for 5 minutes, then drain any excess water. Dice the Gorgonzola, mix with the cream, and add to the spinach. Heat gently and season to taste.
