Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g wheat flour (wholemeal)
- 200 g rye flour, type 1150
- 420 ml water
- 1 cube of yeast
- 10 g salt
- Allspice, ground
- Fennel seeds, ground
- Coriander powder
- Caraway seeds
- sesame
- linseed
- poppy
- Sunflower seeds
- pumpkin seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
own creation
Combine the flour in a bowl. Add the yeast, salt, and water and knead with a food processor for about 8 minutes until a dough forms. Add the remaining ingredients. If the dough is too stiff, simply add a little water. Cover and let the dough rise for one hour. After rising, form 15 rolls and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes at 250°C.
