Whole wheat spaghetti with broccoli and shrimp cheese sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g spaghetti (whole grain spaghetti)
  • 500 g broccoli
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 20 g butter
  • 200 g processed cheese
  • 200 g crab
  • ½ bunch of dill
  • 150 g sunflower seeds
  • 200 ml milk

Instructions

Cook the spaghetti. Wash the broccoli, cut into small florets, and cook. Finely dice the onion. Heat the butter and sauté the onion until translucent. Deglaze with milk and stir in the cream cheese over low heat. Now add the shrimp. Finely chop the dill and add it to the sauce. Season with pepper. Serve the spaghetti with the broccoli and sauce. Toast the sunflower seeds in a pan without fat and sprinkle them over the top.
