Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 550 ml water, cold
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 400 g flour (wholemeal flour)
  • 250 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • Seeds (e.g. sesame, sunflower, pumpkin seeds) as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Crumble the yeast cubes into the water, add salt, and mix all ingredients well. Then add the flour, oats, and seeds. Knead everything thoroughly with a dough hook. Pour into a greased or parchment-lined king cake pan and bake for 1 hour at 170°C on medium heat. The yeast doesn’t need any rising time!
