Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 500 g Flour (whole grain spelled flour)
  • 2 tbsp flour (plain wheat flour)
  • 4 tbsp flaxseed
  • 4 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 4 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 4 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 500 ml water, warm
  • 1 point yeast (dry yeast)
  • Margarine, for the mold
  • Sesame or sunflower seeds for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix all ingredients into a smooth batter, sprinkle a greased loaf pan with sesame or sunflower seeds, and pour in the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C (480°F) at 220°C (425°F) for 1 1/2 hours (place a container of water in the oven). Turn the bread out of the pan and cover with a tea towel until it cools (to keep it moist).
