Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g wheat bran
- 500 ml water, hot
- 250 g flour, type 1050
- 1 cube of yeast
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Working time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 35 minutes
With lots of delicious seeds
Pour hot water over the bran and let it soak for 1-2 hours. Sift the bread flour into a bowl and crumble in the yeast. Add all the remaining ingredients, including the soaked bran, and mix everything with a dough hook or in a food processor until a soft dough forms. With wet hands, place the dough in a greased loaf pan, cover, and let it rise in a warm place until it reaches the edges. Bake the bread at 200-220°C for about 65 minutes, then remove and let cool thoroughly.
