Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g rye meal, medium-fine
  • 300 g wheat bran, medium-fine
  • 150 g flaxseed
  • 150 g sunflower seeds
  • 500 g wheat bran, fine
  • 2 packets of yeast (dry yeast)
  • 3 tbsp syrup
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 1 handful of pumpkin seeds or hazelnuts
  • 1 liter buttermilk, warm

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Frisian delicious

Mix all ingredients thoroughly, knead into a smooth dough, and pour into a large baking dish. Then immediately bake in an electric oven at approximately 170 degrees Celsius for 2.5 hours. After about 1 hour, cover the bread with baking paper.
