Wholemeal bread with allspice, coriander and chia seeds

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g whole wheat flour
  • 20 g oat flakes
  • 10 g chia seeds
  • 20 g flaxseed
  • 10 g sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp allspice powder
  • 400 ml carbonated mineral water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Mix the first 10 ingredients (except the water) together. Heat the carbonated water and add it to the remaining ingredients. Knead the dough thoroughly and then pour it into a prepared loaf pan. Let the dough rise for about 30-40 minutes. Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan oven).
