quick, easy and yet so delicious

Spread the whole-wheat bread with butter. Cut the bacon into thin slices. Briefly fry the bacon on both sides in a pan and place it on the bread. Heat a little butter in the pan and crack the eggs into an 8 cm diameter frying ring. Place the pimentos around the frying ring, adding a little more olive oil if desired, and fry the peppers all over. When the egg white has curdled on top, the pimentos are done. Sprinkle them with sea salt. Crack the egg onto the bacon and arrange the pimentos around the edges.
