Wholemeal bread with oat flakes and walnuts

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 250 g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 250 g oat flakes, fine
  • 50 g flaxseed
  • 100 g walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 500 ml water
  • n. B. Oil for the mold
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl until smooth. Grease a 28 cm loaf pan with oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Pour the batter into the pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 60 minutes. The dough does not need to rise beforehand.
