Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 160 g oat flour (whole grain oat flour)
  • 340 g whole wheat flour
  • 1 point dry yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 handful of flakes, e.g. oat, spelt or mixed flakes
  • 1 tbsp vinegar, light
  • 450 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Mix all dry ingredients thoroughly and slowly stir in the liquid until a soft, but not too runny, batter forms. Pour into a loaf pan (e.g., a silicone one or an oiled baking sheet) and sprinkle with flakes. Then place in a cold oven. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 1 hour.
