Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 50 g flaxseed
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g sesame seeds
  • 450 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 8 g salt
  • 2 tbsp vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

simple, quick, low in salt and very tasty

Quick and easy: Mix the water and yeast in a large mixing bowl. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Immediately pour the dough into the greased loaf pan and place in the COLD oven. Now set the oven to 170 degrees fan/bake for 50 minutes. If you like the bread crispier, remove it from the pan after 50 minutes and place it back in the oven for another 5-10 minutes without the pan. We think the fresh bread tastes best with a little butter or Lätta. You can add spices and/or nuts for flavor. If the spices are strong, you can also reduce the salt a little.
