According to the doctor, the seeds can be consumed daily, and added, for example, to salads or soups, but they should not be treated with fire. Seeds of various plants have a positive effect on men’s sexual desire, and skin, and prevent the development of dementia.

“Pumpkin seeds contain zinc, which is involved in the production of testosterone, so they are essential for increasing male potency. For women, zinc will be useful because it helps to maintain the beauty of hair and nails,” the doctor said.

She added that these seeds can be consumed daily, adding them to salads or soups, for example, but strictly forbade their heat treatment.

Sunflower seeds contain vitamin E, an antioxidant that slows down the aging process. In 100 grams of seeds, the daily requirement of the vitamin is twice as high, but, according to the nutritionist, this does not cause any harm to the body. The need for vitamin E increases with age.
