Ingredients
 

  • 2 Pork chop (ma) fresh
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 tbsp Bread crumb
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • Plant cream
  • And then one more
  • 600 g Fresh asparagus
  • Sugar and salt
  • And
  • 6 Potatoes
  • Salt
  • Liquid cream
  • Fresh herbs..parsley, chervil .pimpernella

Instructions
 

  • Wash the chops and pat dry again. Season vigorously with salt and pepper. To do this, briefly pan the meat in flour in the egg and in the breadcrumb, heat plenty of vegetable cream in the pan and slowly fry the meat in between, always spoonfuls of the hot fat pour over the meat ... if the breading starts to curl, the meat is good ... unfortunately you can't see it in the photos ...
  • Because peel the asparagus and cook until soft. Keep warm
