Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 handfuls of wild berries, frozen
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 2 tbsp yogurt substitute, vegan, with fruit, e.g. blueberry
  • n. B. Sweeteners, e.g. maple syrup
  • 3 drops of vanilla flavor
  • n. B. Cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 10 minutes

vegan, delicious, healthy and easy

Peel the banana, cut it into chunks, and freeze for a few hours, ideally overnight. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Garnish as desired and eat immediately. Tips: If you prefer a creamier texture, you can add some soaked cashews; for a smoother texture, use plant-based cream. I also like to replace the cinnamon with half a handful of basil.
