- Malt bread (grain bread)
- Herb butter
- Onion butter
- Vinaigrette
- Wild herbs Salad
- 2 tbsp Clarified butter
- 3 Pc. Rosemary sprigs
- Add clarified butter to the pan. Rosemary sprigs with it. Pan on heat. Then fry the meat briefly on both sides. Then fry the meat at half heat.
