Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 120 g wild boar ham, thinly sliced
- some pepper, from the mill
- Parmesan, freshly sliced
- some olive oil
- some balsamic vinegar
- chives
- 1 tsp pepper berries, pink, pink
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Arrange the ham slices decoratively on the plates and drizzle with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with freshly ground pepper and grate some Parmesan cheese over the top. Wash the chives, pat dry, and cut into small coils. Sprinkle a few chives and some pink peppercorns on each plate. Serve with toast or baguette.
