Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 35 g starch flour
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Nutella
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp hazelnut butter
  • 2 tbsp hazelnuts, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

without eggs

Mix the cornstarch with a little milk. Add the remaining milk, honey, Nutella, sugar, and hazelnut butter and bring to a boil briefly in the microwave (stirring once or twice in between). Divide the pudding into bowls and let cool. Briefly toast the chopped hazelnuts and sprinkle them over the pudding or mix them into the hot pudding. You can, of course, also prepare the pudding in a pan on the stovetop.
