Ingredients
- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 Old Bun
- 1 Onion
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Quark
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- Salt
- Pepper
- 15 leaves Wild garlic fresh
- 15 leaves Chives
Instructions
- Soak the roll from the day before, peel the onion, cut into small cubes and fry in a pan with hot oil until golden.
- Put the minced meat in a bowl, add the cooled onion, salt, pepper, quark, tomato paste and the egg - mix everything well.
- Now wash the wild garlic and the chives - dry and cut into small pieces - add to the minced fish and stir in well.
- Shape the meatballs with damp hands and fry them until golden on both sides in the hot oil.
- We ate boiled potatoes and a small salad - bon appetit; 🙂
