Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 Old Bun
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Quark
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 15 leaves Wild garlic fresh
  • 15 leaves Chives

Instructions
 

  • Soak the roll from the day before, peel the onion, cut into small cubes and fry in a pan with hot oil until golden.
  • Put the minced meat in a bowl, add the cooled onion, salt, pepper, quark, tomato paste and the egg - mix everything well.
  • Now wash the wild garlic and the chives - dry and cut into small pieces - add to the minced fish and stir in well.
  • Shape the meatballs with damp hands and fry them until golden on both sides in the hot oil.
  • We ate boiled potatoes and a small salad - bon appetit; 🙂
