Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Low fat quark
  • 1 Bd Chives fresh
  • 1 Bd Wild garlic fresh
  • 4 tbsp Low fat milk
  • 1 Pr Paris pepper
  • 1 Pr Sea salt from the mill

Instructions
 

  • First, rinse off the chives and wild garlic and shake dry, then cut the chives into rolls and finely chop the wild garlic.
  • Put the low-fat quark in a suitable bowl to close, add the milk, chives and wild garlic, as well as the pepper and salt. Mix everything together well and season to taste, if necessary, season with salt and pepper.
  • The quark can be eaten with anything you want to eat for breakfast in the form of bread and rolls or rolls, bon appetit
