Wild garlic and garlic butter

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg butter
  • 200 g wild garlic
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 7 tbsp mustard
  • 40 ml lemon juice
  • 1 tsp oregano, dried or fresh
  • 1 pinch of Himalayan salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

In a blender, chop the wild garlic and garlic with the spices and mustard, then add the lemon juice. Let it sit for 20 minutes. Then add the butter to the blender and chop everything finely. Wrap in cling film and chill for a while, then divide into portions and freeze.
