Wild garlic and minced meat rolls

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 rolls
  • butter
  • 400 g minced meat
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 handful of wild garlic
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Halve the rolls and spread with butter. Dice the ham, chop the wild garlic, and mix well with all the other ingredients in a large bowl. Spread on the rolls and bake in the oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
